Be In Blossom offers a range of classes to help you achieve a healthy pregnancy and to regain your shape following bub's' arrival.

• Pregnancy Aerobics (Low Impact)
• Pregnancy Pilates & Stretch
• Mummy Pilates & Baby Massage Introductory Course
• Mummy Progressive Pilates

Please note you can attend pregnancy classes from 12 weeks to full term. Postnatal classes can be joined from 6 weeks post-birth. An individual consult is not a prerequisite, however, you will be required to have a telephone consultation before commencing. Do you have private health insurance?
