Physiotherapist for 19+ years with a focus on Women’s Health. Briony held a Physiotherapist role at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) for 10 years treating obstetric and gynaecological patients including conducting pelvic floor assessments, antenatal and postnatal care, cancer care including lymphoedema training and was a clinical educator for final year Physiotherapy students completing their Women’s Health unit.
For the past 14 years Briony has provided Physiotherapy care within the maternity unit at North West Private Hospital. In 2022 she became an integral member of the Ramsay Health Plus team which has seen her role expand to now provide both inpatient and outpatient care.
Qualified Pilates Instructor completing a 12-month training program in 2003 and has lectured in the application of Pilates to pregnancy.
15 years classical dance training achieving Advanced level in R.A.D. Briony has been able to draw on her experiencing choreographing dance classes to create well-designed, dynamic antenatal and postnatal exercise classes for Be In Blossom.

A physiotherapist with 19 years experience working in rural Qld and Brisbane hospital, community and private practice settings, with a strong focus on Women’s Health, rehabilitative exercise and education.
Sarah has designed and led group exercise programs including Strength and Balance, Hydrotherapy and general Pilates and has presented at the National Allied Health Rural and Remote Conference on “The Efficacy of Group Exercise and Education in Chronic Conditions”.
Sarah has worked part time at the Mater Mother’s Hospital over 10 years providing acute antenatal and postnatal care and antenatal education classes.
Sarah draws on her background in exercise prescription, group education and rehabilitation as well as her personal experience of having five children to support women to exercise safely and achieve their goals during pregnancy, postnatally and beyond.
Sarah has been teaching classes at Be In Blossom since 2020 and is a passionate advocate of the physical, emotional and social benefits of group exercise for women in a supportive and relaxed environment.
