Pregnancy Core & Stretch


A well-rounded class comprising of core stability, flexibility and toning exercises to maintain support for the spine and pelvis as you advance through your pregnancy.
Exercises focus on correcting and preventing muscle imbalances.
Specific attention is paid to the pelvic floor and deep abdominal support.
Breath awareness, positioning and movement on the fitball are included to assist in preparing you for labour.
Focussing on your posture through pregnancy will make you more aware of your posture when feeding and handling your baby!

TIME:   Tuesday Evenings 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Thursday Evenings 6:30pm
Friday Mornings 11:00am

5 Class Pass $90 ($18/Class)
Valid for 3 Months. Credit Transferrable
to postnatal classes.
Casual $22.50/Class
