Mummy Core Restore & Baby Massage Introductory Course

The Mummy Pilates & Baby Massage Introductory Series comprises 4 one hour classes held weekly for you and your baby to enjoy.
Did you sustain a separation of the abdominal muscles (rectus diastasis)?
Does your pelvic floor feel weaker than before? Are you experiencing back or pelvic pain managing your newborn?
This series is a perfect place to start getting yourself back on track!
Exercises focus on rehabilitating your body following the birth of your baby through;

  • Building abdominal support and control
  • Developing Pelvic Floor strength and endurance
  • Correction of postural faults
  • Core stability training
  • General toning

Form friendships with new Mums by taking advantage of the delicious meals available at Chatters Coffee Shop. The coffee shop is part of the church campus and is setup with Mums in mind. There is a large undercover, fenced area to fit everyone’s prams and most importantly the food is affordable and “just like Grandma cooks”.

Need to feed or change your baby? A fully equipped parents room is attached to the classes room.

Please note you can attend the series from 6 weeks following your baby’s birth.
